In case of detection of defects in the delivered flower composition, if they were not stipulated, you at your choice have the right:

  • demand replacement with a similar floral arrangement of equivalent value
  • demand a replacement for a floral arrangement of a different value with a corresponding recalculation of the purchase price
  • claim a proportional decrease in the purchase price of the floral arrangement
  • demand the gratuitous elimination of defects in the flower arrangement or reimbursement of expenses for their correction by you or a third party
  • to refuse to fulfill the contract of sale and demand the return of the amount paid for the flower arrangement. At our request and at our expense, you must return the floral arrangement with defects.

We are of course liable for the defects of the floral arrangement, if you have made these claims before the floral arrangement was placed at your disposal.

If you find any defects in the floral arrangement and demand a replacement, we will replace the floral arrangement within two days of your making the demand.

If the floral arrangement of inadequate quality is replaced with a similar floral arrangement, the price is not recalculated.

If the price of the flower arrangement to be replaced is lower than the price of the replacement arrangement, you must pay the difference in prices; if the price of the flower arrangement to be replaced is higher than the price of the replacement arrangement, the difference in prices will be paid to you. The price of the flower arrangement to be replaced is determined at the time of replacement.

If you make a claim for a proportional reduction in the purchase price of the floral arrangements, the price of the floral arrangement at the time you make the claim for a price reduction will be taken into account.

Your claims for a proportional reduction of the purchase price of the floral arrangement, reimbursement of the costs of correcting defects in the floral arrangement by you or a third party, return of the money paid for the floral arrangement are subject to satisfaction within 10 (ten) days from the date of filing the corresponding claim.
